Heat oil in a pan, add finely chopped onion and cook on low heat, stirring, for 8 minutes until the onion is golden. Add finely chopped ham and cook for another 2-3 minutes, then add coarsely chopped mushrooms to the pan. Cook, stirring, for another 8 minutes.
