Whip 175 grams of butter with the other ingredients in a food processor. Divide into four molds.

- Garlic: 2 cloves
- Shrimps: 100 g
- Sour cream: 6 tablespoons
- Paprika: to taste
- Lemon juice: to taste
- Ground black pepper: to taste

Melt the remaining butter over low heat. When it boils, remove from heat and pour the clear liquid into a jug, leaving the cloudy liquid in the pot.
