Stuffed tomatoes with salad are an elegant dish of French cuisine that combines simplicity of ingredients with exquisite taste. Fresh, ripe tomatoes serve as natural 'cups' for a delicate cheese salad with garlic and mayonnaise. The cheese gives the dish a rich, slightly salty flavor, garlic adds spiciness, and mayonnaise binds all components into a harmonious texture. This appetizer surprises with the contrast of fresh tomatoes and creamy richness of the filling. It is perfect as an aperitif for a dinner party or a light treat on a summer day.

Wash ripe, not very large tomatoes, cut a deep hole with the tip of a small knife from the branch side, remove the pulp from the juice and seeds (squeeze slightly), salt, and sprinkle with pepper.
