KFC strips are crispy chicken pieces inspired by American cuisine and the famous KFC recipe. Their story began with the idea of a quick and convenient snack that won the hearts of juicy chicken fillet lovers in golden breading. The recipe is based on tender chicken fillet coated in flour, egg, and crispy corn flakes, giving it a unique texture. Fried in oil, they acquire an appetizing crust and rich flavor. For those who prefer a lighter option, they can be baked in the oven. Strips pair well with various sauces and sides, making them a versatile dish for any occasion—from cozy family dinners to parties with friends.

1
Rinse the fillet, cut into strips 10 cm long and 2 cm wide, season with salt and pepper.
- Chicken fillet: 300 g
- Salt: to taste
2
Place breadcrumbs in different bowls, sift flour, and beat eggs. Dip pieces in eggs, then in flour, back to eggs, and finally into breadcrumbs.
- Wheat flour: 50 g
- Chicken egg: 2 pieces
- Cornflakes: 100 g
3
Send the pieces to a heated pan or fryer, fry for 2-5 minutes.
4
For a more diet-friendly option, baking can be used. For this, line a baking tray with parchment paper, place the strips on it, and send the tray to a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
5
Place the ready pieces on napkins, cover with a paper towel, and let sit for 2 minutes.
