Sauté Brussels sprouts in oil for 5–7 minutes.
- Brussels sprouts: 500 g
- Butter: 1 tablespoon

Add salted broth and cook until ready, shaking the pot often to prevent the cabbage from burning. Season the cabbage with nutmeg and remove from heat.
- Meat broth: 250 ml
- Salt: to taste
- Nutmeg: to taste

Mix the yolk with cream, pour this mixture over the cabbage, and serve immediately.
