Lavash with sausages, cheese, and chicken is a hearty dish that combines the juiciness of meat ingredients, the tenderness of cheese, and the lightness of lavash. This recipe is especially popular among lovers of quick and tasty snacks. It resembles traditional street food but has a homely comfort to it. The history of lavash goes back to Armenian culture, where thin flatbreads are used to create various dishes. In this version, classic meat products like sausages and chicken are complemented by spicy mushrooms and seasoned Korean carrots. Aromatic ketchup and mayonnaise add richness to the flavor. Lavash can be heated in a multicooker or lightly fried in a pan for a crispy crust. It's an ideal snack for those who appreciate simplicity in preparation and rich taste.
