Chop the mushrooms and parsley coarsely on one board. Finely chop the onion and garlic. Leave part of the parsley. Heat a third of the butter together with olive oil in one saucepan.
- White mushrooms: 300 g
- Parsley: 3 stems
- Garlic: 1 clove
- Onion: 0.5 head
- Butter: 100 g
- Olive oil: 3 tablespoons

Put mushrooms, onion, and garlic in a saucepan, lightly sauté them, season with salt and pepper, and simmer until the mushroom juice evaporates. Then add a little water, stir, heat up, add the remaining parsley and remove from heat. Let it cool.
- White mushrooms: 300 g

- Ground black pepper: to taste
