Clean the squid, cut into large pieces, and make a lattice pattern on them.
- Squid: 500 g

Sauté the squid with minced garlic in a mixture of butter and olive oil for a couple of minutes.
- Squid: 500 g
- Garlic: 30 g
- Butter: 20 g
- Olive oil: 1 tablespoon

Then add sumac, smoked paprika, pepper, salt, and sun-dried tomatoes. Mix well.
- Sumac: 10 g
- Smoked paprika: 5 g
- Ground black pepper: to taste
- Salt: to taste
- Sun-dried tomatoes: 50 g

Immediately add the chopped herbs and remove from heat.
