Place cold eggs in a saucepan with boiling salted water. When the water boils again, count 1 minute, cover the saucepan, and turn off the heat. After 10 minutes, drain the water, cool the eggs under running water, and peel them very carefully.

Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and sauté the vegetables for 7 minutes. Sprinkle with paprika, mix, remove from heat, and let cool.

Mix the minced meat with onion and garlic. Add salt, pepper, and mix well.

Mix starch with 3 tablespoons of cold water until smooth, add to the minced meat and stir again. Grease the cake mold with oil. Sprinkle the bottom and sides with breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper. Place 1/3 of the minced meat at the bottom.

Lay boiled eggs on the minced meat, top with the remaining minced meat and press tightly. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs mixed with salt and pepper, cover the dish with foil. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for 40 minutes, then remove the foil and cook for another 5-7 minutes until golden brown. Slice the roll and serve warm or let it cool.
