BBQ chicken wings are a vibrant dish of Pan-Asian cuisine that embodies the street food traditions of Southeast Asia. They combine a crispy crust with tender, juicy meat infused with spicy Eastern spices. The panko and tandoori masala coating gives the wings a rich flavor with a hint of heat. Sriracha sauce adds zest and reveals the spice palette, while butter softens the taste, creating harmony. Frying in hot oil makes the wings airy, while baking enhances the aroma. They are served with cilantro and sesame seeds for freshness and nutty notes. This is an ideal dish for parties or friendly gatherings that pairs well with chilled drinks.
