Soak the chickpeas in cold water for 24 hours. Then change the water, bring to a boil, and cook on low heat for 2 hours until soft.
- Chickpeas: 200 g

Drain the cooked chickpeas in a sieve and let the water drain. Place the peas in a blender, add oil, lemon juice, and sesame.
- Chickpeas: 200 g
- Olive oil: 80 ml
- Lemon juice: 40 ml
- White sesame seeds: 200 g
