Mini calzone with homemade sauce

Prepare the dough: load the ingredients into the bread maker (yeast - 1.5 tsp, flour - 400 g, sugar - 1 tsp, salt - 0.5 tsp, vegetable oil - 2 tbsp, water - 250 ml). Set to 'pizza dough' mode. Once ready, put the dough in the fridge and then roll it out. Place the finished dough in an ice cube tray and make indentations. In each hole place salmon, sour cream and dill. In other holes you can add cheese and bacon. In the next ones you can add mozzarella and basil, cherry tomatoes and basil.
- Dry yeast: 1.5 teaspoon
- Wheat flour: 400 g
- Sugar: 1 teaspoon
- Salt: 0.5 teaspoon
- Vegetable oil: 2 tablespoons
- Water: 250 ml
- Salmon: to taste
- Sour cream: to taste
- Dill: to taste
- Feta cheese: to taste
- Bacon: to taste
- Mozzarella cheese: to taste
- Basil: to taste
- Tomatoes: to taste

Then cover with another layer of rolled dough, use a rolling pin to roll out the dough; this way the dough will take the pattern of the ice tray holes. Then put everything in the refrigerator. After 20 minutes, take it out, cut into portions, and bake for 25 minutes at 180 degrees.

Take the ready mini-pizzas, place them on a plate, and serve with your favorite sauce.
