Pepper rolls are a vibrant dish of Bulgarian cuisine that embodies its sunny character and rich flavors. Baked bell peppers reveal their natural sweetness, while the filling of feta and cream cheese gives it a rich, creamy-salty taste. Fragrant herbs—dill, cilantro, parsley—add fresh notes that highlight the harmony of ingredients. These rolls not only please the eye with their festive appearance but also serve as a versatile appetizer: they perfectly complement light summer lunches, adorn festive tables, and surprise guests with their refined flavor combination. The finishing touch—drops of olive oil—makes the taste even richer and more exquisite.
