Mexican fajita is most often called "fajitas" in Russian, in the Spanish plural. It is essentially shawarma: tacos with fried meat on a corn tortilla. It is very easy to prepare at home. The main thing is not to forget about the sauces with which fajitas will taste better: both guacamole and regular Russian sour cream will do.
