A classic of the Russian feast, an ideal snack for strong drinks. Unlike many other pickled things, it is prepared quite quickly - honey mushrooms only need to stand in the refrigerator for a day.

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Add the washed mushrooms to boiling water.
- Honey mushrooms: 1 kg

Cook over medium heat for 12-15 minutes.

Drain the water, wash the pot, put the boiled mushrooms in it, and pour in a liter of water.

Bring to a boil, add vinegar and all spices, and cook for another 15 minutes.
- Vinegar: 1 tablespoon
- Salt: 2 tablespoons
- Bay leaf: 3 pieces
- Sugar: 2 tablespoons
- Black peppercorns: 4 pieces
- Garlic: 1 clove
- Carnation: 4 pieces
- Allspice peas: 4 pieces
