Prepare all the ingredients.

Wash the apples. Cut them into large pieces and remove the cores.

Send the apples to the juicer. About one liter of juice will come from three kilograms of apples.

Remove the foam from the juice with a spoon or skimmer.

Strain the juice through several layers of cheesecloth. At this stage, you can taste the juice and decide whether to add sugar or if it is sweet enough.

Pour the juice into the pot.

Place the pot on low heat. Heat the juice to a temperature of 90–95 degrees.

Sterilize jars over steam for 15–20 minutes.
