Classic adjika is not just a hot and spicy sauce for meat, it is a fragrant liquid, in which it is so pleasant to dip bread, with its help you can give a Georgian spirit to any dish. And it is also a way to collect in one jar all the colors and aromas of summer: sour and juicy tomato, persistent basil and garlic, invigorating bell pepper.
