Sift flour with baking powder and salt into a bowl. Add sugar, pour in oil (120 g), add 2 eggs, 2 tbsp lemon juice, zest of 2 lemons, and vanilla extract (1/2 tsp). Mix well.

Grease the detachable mold with oil, pour the dough into it. Carefully place the filling on top and smooth it out.

Place the pie in a preheated oven at 160 °C for 40 minutes.

Remove the finished pie from the oven, let it cool, remove the edges from the mold, and place it in the refrigerator for an hour.
