A Levantine, Syrian-Lebanese salad in which the freshness of vegetables is complemented by the crunch of toasted pita. The main ingredients, in addition to bread, are greens, tomatoes and radishes. And unlike tabbouleh, they should be cut quite large.

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Moisten the pita with olive oil and bake in the oven for five minutes at 200 degrees.
- Pita: 3 pieces
- Olive oil: 70 ml

Once it cools down, break it into small pieces.

Cut the cucumbers into large cubes
- Cucumbers: 200 g

Do the same with the tomatoes.
- Tomatoes: 300 g

- Cucumbers: 200 g

- Fresh mint: 35 g
- Parsley: 35 g

Mix 50 ml of oil, juice of half a lemon, sumac, and garlic pressed through a garlic press.
- Olive oil: 70 ml
- Lemon: 0.5 piece
- Sumac: 1 tablespoon
- Garlic: 1 clove

Mix the salad, dressing, pita, and sumac.
- Romaine lettuce: 1 piece
- Pita: 3 pieces
- Sumac: 1 tablespoon
