The simplest and most delicious Turkish cookies, which also made it into our "Golden Thousand". Only 4 ingredients and 1 hour to prepare - and you can drink it with armud tea.

    Prepare the necessary ingredients.

    Grind 150 grams of almonds in a blender as finely as possible. Almond flour can be used instead of nuts.

    Place on low heat and stir continuously for 10-15 minutes. Do not allow the protein to burn. Remove from heat when the consistency resembles thick sour cream and all the sugar has dissolved. Let it cool slightly.

    Add lemon juice.

    Mix well and transfer the dough to a pastry bag.

    Place evenly sized round cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
