Dietary 'Snickers' bars are a healthy alternative to a favorite treat. They combine the rich flavor of roasted peanuts, the tenderness of honey caramel, and the pleasant bitterness of dark chocolate. The history of the classic 'Snickers' dates back to the 1930s when it was created by the American company Mars. This dietary version offers a healthier composition by excluding excess sugar and additives. The bars have a crunchy texture and a rich nutty aroma perfectly complemented by chocolate coating. They make an excellent snack for those who watch their diet but don't want to give up desserts. They are easy and quick to prepare, and their natural ingredients provide energy and pleasant satiety.

1
Roast the peanuts, peel them, and crush them, but not into crumbs.
- Peanut: 120 g
2
Roast the dry milk in a dry pan until golden (it will stick and form lumps, constantly stir and break them apart), then blend into crumbs and sift.
- Skim milk powder: 5 tablespoon
3
Mix dry milk, nuts, and honey into a thick sticky mass.
- Skim milk powder: 5 tablespoon
- Peanut: 120 g
- Liquid honey: 3 tablespoons
4
Form candies with slightly wet hands (I use a half chocolate bar mold), place them on a plate or cutting board, and put them in the freezer for about 10 minutes.
5
Melt the chocolate in a water bath and coat the candies on all sides (just dip and let the excess drip off), then place in the freezer for another 10 minutes while the glaze sets.
- Dark chocolate: 100 g
