Lobiani is a traditional Georgian dish, a pie filled with beans. This dish is often prepared for holidays and family gatherings as it symbolizes comfort and hospitality. Lobiani is served hot and pairs perfectly with sauces or fresh vegetables.

Mix flour, salt, and yeast, and knead the dough by gradually adding water.
- Wheat flour: 1 kg
- Salt: 40 g
- Dry yeast: 10 g
- Water: 1.5 l

Cover the dough and place it in a warm place.

Knead the risen dough and let it rest for 30 minutes, then knead the dough again and divide it into 150 g pieces.

For the filling: boil the beans until cooked, drain the water, and let them dry.
- Beans: 500 g

Chop the onion into small cubes, fry it, then dry it and add to the beans.
- Onion: 100 g
- Vegetable oil: 50 ml

Pass everything through a meat grinder and season to taste with spices.
- Ground black pepper: 10 g

Roll the resulting dough into a pancake shape.

Place the filling in the center, then add another layer of dough on top.
