Lazy apple strudel is a simple and cozy variation of the classic Austrian dessert, adapted for quick preparation. Instead of thin dough, Armenian lavash is used, which becomes crispy when baked. Sweet apples, fragrant cinnamon, and tender raisins create a warm, spicy flavor complemented by creamy and honey notes. Coconut flakes add a light exotic touch, making the texture more interesting. This dish is perfect for cozy home evenings or unexpected guests when you want to quickly create something delicious and impressive. It is served warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a cup of fragrant tea.
