Pass the pitted dates and dried apricots through a meat grinder.
- Dates: 250 g
- Dried apricots: 250 g

Pour all the nuts and half the norm of sesame onto a baking sheet and roast in the oven until golden brown. Immediately add the hot nuts to the date mixture. Add the zest of one orange, cinnamon, cardamom, and mix everything thoroughly.
- Sesame seeds: 100 g
- Sunflower seeds: 50 g
- Cashew: 150 g
- Orange zest: 1 piece
- Cinnamon: to taste
