Mix one egg, milk, baking soda, 1 tbsp of stevia, 4 crushed sugar substitute tablets, vanillin, and sifted flour to prepare the dough.
- Chicken egg: 2 pieces
- Milk: 100 ml
- Soda: 0.5 teaspoon
- Stevia extract: 2 tablespoons
- Sugar substitute in tablets: 8 pieces
- Vanillin: pinch
- Rice flour: 130 g
- Whole grain flour: 130 g

For the filling, combine cottage cheese with egg, 1 tbsp of stevia, 4 crushed tablets of sugar substitute, and vanilla, and mix well.
- Cottage cheese: 400 g
- Chicken egg: 2 pieces
- Stevia extract: 2 tablespoons
- Sugar substitute in tablets: 8 pieces

Dust the table and rolling pin with whole wheat flour and roll out the dough to a thickness of 3-5 mm.
- Whole grain flour: 130 g

Use a glass or mug to cut out round shapes, place a couple of spoons of cottage cheese filling on one half of the circles, and fold the circles in half with the filling inside.

Place the pastries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper greased with 2 tsp of olive oil, brush each with egg yolks, and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes (check for browning).
