Today our recipe will be a little unusual, as we took a field flower as the basis for the dish - clover (aka trifolium (lat.), Aka clover (Russian). The plant is edible and quite tasty. And if you live in a village or often relax in the country or outside the city - this easy-to-prepare recipe is definitely for you!

1
Pour hot water over the clover and let it steep for three minutes.
2
At this time, mix all the dry ingredients for the dough, add the liquid ones, mix until thick consistency, and leave the dough in a cool place for 5-10 minutes.
- Wheat flour: 5 tablespoon
- Rye flour: 2 tablespoons
- Salt: 2 teaspoons
- Seasoning for vegetables: 1 tablespoon
3
Drain the water from the clover, shake off the excess water, and add it to the dough. Gently mix to avoid tearing the flowers.
4
Heat the pan over medium heat, pour the batter onto it, and smooth it out to form a pancake. Fry covered on low heat for 5-7 minutes on each side.
- Butter: 1 tablespoon
- Vegetable oil: 2 tablespoons
5
Garnish with sliced tomato and walnuts (the nuts can be soaked for a few hours beforehand).
- Walnuts: 5 piece
6
Serve as a standalone dish or with a side. Best enjoyed in nature! :) Bon appétit!
