Fry the onion with the ground beef until the onion is golden.

- Beef broth: 100 ml
- Ketchup: 50 g

Add Worcestershire sauce, pepper, oregano, and nutmeg. Sauté for 15 minutes.

Mix the flour with 25 ml of water until smooth and incorporate it into the meat mixture. Cool down.
- Wheat flour: 3 tablespoons

Grease the dough sheets and the mold with oil and egg, then pour the meat mixture into the mold with the dough.
- Puff pastry: 800 g
