Chocolate-covered halva with peanuts is a harmony of flavors and textures inspired by Turkish culinary traditions. Its roots trace back to ancient Eastern sweets, where halva was a symbol of wealth and pleasure. The nutty flavor of peanuts, the tenderness of honey, and the silkiness of cocoa butter create a luxurious base. The glaze made from grated cocoa and honey adds richness and noble bitterness, while the vanilla pod highlights delicate aromatic notes. This treat not only delights the taste but also nourishes thanks to its natural ingredients. It can be served with tea or coffee, offering a moment of true enjoyment. Chocolate halva embodies simplicity and sophistication, suitable for both festive menus and everyday treats.

1
To make simple halva, we need the first three ingredients from the list: peanuts, honey (about 2 tablespoons), cocoa butter (20 grams).
- Peanut: 150 g
- Honey: 25 g
- Cocoa butter: 25 g
2
Grind the peanuts to a uniform consistency in a blender or coffee grinder, add honey (thick honey can be slightly warmed), and melted cocoa butter.

Mix everything very thoroughly, pack into molds (I pressed into muffin molds bought at Fix Price, about 24-25 grams each) and put in the refrigerator for about 1-2 hours! While our tasty and healthy halva takes the desired shape and density, we can prepare the glaze.

We take the halva out of the fridge, dip it on both sides in the chocolate mass while it's still warm, place it on a tray, and send it to the fridge to set (the chocolate may harden, so you can just warm it up a bit in a water bath and mix well).
