Sweet rolls with vanilla pudding are a true embodiment of tenderness and coziness. This recipe has roots in Russian cuisine, where baking has always held a special place. The fluffy, airy dough enriched with butter and vanilla sugar melts in your mouth, while the soft, aromatic pudding adds a sweet creamy note. They are delightful to serve for breakfast or a cozy family tea. The rolls turn golden brown with a crispy crust and rich creamy-vanilla flavor. Traditionally, they are made on special occasions or simply to delight loved ones with homemade pastries. They pair wonderfully with a cup of fragrant tea or coffee, creating an atmosphere of warmth and homey comfort.

Add the remaining butter and flour, knead the dough well on a floured surface, then transfer it to a pot greased with vegetable oil, cover with a lid, and place in a warm place for 1 hour to allow the dough to rise well.
- Butter: 50 g

Bake until a light golden color appears, then increase the temperature by 200 degrees and bake until done.
