Place the chocolate in a heatproof bowl. Bring the coconut milk to a boil in a small saucepan. Remove from heat and let sit for 15 seconds.
- Dark chocolate: 220 g
- Coconut milk: 0.5 glass

Pour coconut milk over the chocolate, stir, and let it sit until the chocolate melts. Add vanilla extract, orange liqueur (optional), and salt.
- Dark chocolate: 220 g
- Vanilla extract: 0.5 teaspoon
- Orange liqueur: 0.5 teaspoon
- Salt: pinch

Let it cool to room temperature.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the resulting paste on the sheet in portions of 1 ½ teaspoons. Put it in the freezer for 30 minutes.

Place coconut flakes and cocoa in separate small bowls. Form balls from the frozen pieces of paste, then roll each in coconut flakes or cocoa. Return the truffles to the baking sheet and put them back in the freezer for 1 hour.
