Melon in Honey Lavender Caramel

Pour honey with 3 tbsp of water into a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Add lavender flowers and boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
- Liquid honey: 100 g
- Lavender flowers: 1 tablespoon

Cut the melon into 12 slices.
- Melon: 1 piece

Slightly grease the surface of the griddle with oil; heat to medium temperature.
- Sunflower oil: to taste

Spread the melon pieces and fry for 6-8 minutes on each side.
- Melon: 1 piece

Turn off the grill and drizzle the melon slices with honey-lavender syrup. Caramelize for 2-3 minutes, then flip and allow the melon to soak well in the caramel syrup.
