Walnut-pear cheesecake

60 minutes
Walnut-pear cheesecake is an exquisite blend of tenderness and rich flavor. Pears add a soft sweetness to the dessert, while walnuts provide a crunchy texture and a hint of bitterness. The Gruyère cheese in this recipe adds a savory note, making it a perfect balance between sweet and salty. This cheesecake can be considered a modern reinterpretation of classic American desserts but with refined European touches. It is ideal for both cozy family tea times and festive dinners. Serve warm to fully reveal the richness of flavor nuances, accompanied by a cup of aromatic coffee or a glass of white wine.
