Preheat the oven to 190˚C. In a large bowl, combine apricots, cherries, corn flour, 2 tablespoons of brown sugar, and a pinch of salt. Extract the vanilla seeds from the pod; save the pod for other dishes.
- Apricots: 1 g
- Pitted cherries: 300 g
- Corn flour: 2 g
- Brown sugar: 4 g
- Coarse salt: to taste
- Vanilla pod: 0.5 piece

Mix and transfer to a shallow baking dish (1½ l).

Combine crackers, butter, and a pinch of salt in a medium bowl. Mix the butter with the cracker crumbs by hand until a uniform mixture forms.
- Crushed crackers: 4 pieces
- Butter: 3 tablespoons
- Coarse salt: to taste

Add the nuts and the remaining 2 tablespoons of brown sugar, mix by hand until smooth. Sprinkle the fruits with the resulting mixture.
- Roasted almonds: 40 g
- Brown sugar: 4 g
