Plum and walnut cake is a true embodiment of coziness and home warmth. This recipe, rooted in Russian culinary traditions, combines the tenderness of airy dough with the rich flavor of baked plums and nutty crunch. The addition of honey gives the pastry a subtle aroma, while vanillin adds a light sweet note. Kefir makes the dough especially soft, and walnuts add a noble taste and texture. This cake is perfect for cozy evenings with a cup of tea and can also be a wonderful addition to the festive table. Its harmony of flavors delights both lovers of classic baking and those who prefer new gastronomic discoveries. The magnificent combination of fruits, nuts, and fragrant dough makes this cake truly unforgettable.
