Yeast-free bread is a symbol of tradition and simplicity. It emerged as a response to the need for a quick and accessible way to make bread without waiting for yeast to create fluffiness. European chefs have valued this method since ancient times for its naturalness and rich flavor. It combines the delicate texture of wheat and rye flour, the slight tang of kefir, and the rich aroma of spices – cinnamon, anise, and cardamom. This bread pairs perfectly with cheeses, honey, or simply butter, revealing new dimensions of taste. Its dense structure makes it an ideal companion for breakfast or on the go when you crave nutritious and fragrant baked goods.
