Classic cheesecake is the embodiment of elegance and flavor. Its origins trace back to ancient Greece, where cheese dessert was served at the Olympic Games. The modern version, popularized in Italy and America, features a delicate texture and rich creamy taste. The crunchy base made from 'Yubileynoye' cookies pairs perfectly with the airy cheese cream that harmoniously reveals notes of vanilla and sweetness. This dessert is ideal for special occasions: its chilled consistency makes it a refreshing treat in warm weather, and when combined with fruits or caramel sauce, it transforms into a true gastronomic masterpiece. Its simplicity in preparation makes it accessible even to novice cooks, while its refined taste captivates gourmets around the world.

To check readiness: take out the mold, tap the edge with a spoon; if the center jiggles like jelly, it's ready: turn off the oven and let it sit for 30-40 minutes. Then remove and cool at room temperature for about an hour. After that, transfer to the refrigerator for 5-6 hours. It can be served afterward.
