The 'Black' pie with kefir and cocoa is a delicate pastry with a rich chocolate flavor complemented by the light tang of kefir. This recipe emerged in Russian cuisine as a simple yet exquisite pastry accessible to everyone. Thanks to baking soda and kefir, the pie becomes airy and soft, while cocoa gives it a rich aroma. It's an ideal option for cozy family tea time or festive gatherings. You can add raisins, nuts, or other fillers to make the taste even more interesting. The pie is easy to prepare and doesn't require complex ingredients, and its deep chocolate hue makes it particularly appealing.
