Beat the butter with sugar until fluffy, add the egg and beat well with a mixer.
- Butter: 100 g
- Brown sugar: 120 g
- Chicken egg: 1 piece

Melt the chocolate and cool it to room temperature. Add it to the butter mixture.

In a separate bowl, combine all dry ingredients, add to the chocolate mixture, and knead the dough.
- Cocoa: 3 tablespoons
- Wheat flour: 120 g
- Instant coffee: 2 teaspoons
- Baking powder: 1 teaspoon
- Salt: pinch

Place in a bag and put in the freezer for about 1 hour.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Line the baking tray with parchment paper.

Roll balls the size of a walnut from the prepared chilled dough. Coat the finished balls well in powdered sugar on all sides, place on a baking sheet, and sprinkle with powder through a sieve on top.
