Crazy Cake is a vivid example of insane simplicity and flavor! This dessert originated in America during the Great Depression when food was scarce. It contains no eggs or milk but remains surprisingly soft and airy. Its rich chocolate flavor comes from carob powder, while the delicate glaze adds an exquisite sweetness to the cake. Perfect for vegans and those seeking a simple yet delicious homemade baking recipe. This cake is wonderful for cozy family tea times and festive evenings when you crave something sweet without extra hassle.
