Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Remove the pits from the dates and blend with coconut oil and water until a smooth paste. Add oats, sunflower seeds, and cinnamon to the paste and mix.
- Dates: 20 pieces
- Coconut oil: 3 teaspoons
- Water: 300 ml
- Oat flakes: 400 g
- Sunflower seeds: 100 g
- Ground cinnamon: 2 teaspoons

Line a baking tray with parchment paper or grease it with coconut oil (or ghee). Evenly spread the prepared mixture on the tray and bake in the oven for 35 minutes. Remove from the oven, let cool for about 15 minutes, and then cut into bars.
