Cottage cheese crème brûlée is an exquisite dessert combining the creamy softness of cottage cheese and the caramel sweetness of condensed milk. Its roots trace back to European cuisine, where simple yet refined flavors are valued. Crème brûlée is traditionally associated with French gastronomy, but this version offers a cold, refreshing interpretation. It is easy to prepare: whipped cottage cheese with milk and condensed milk turns into an airy mass that freezes in the freezer, resembling delicate ice cream. Perfect for hot days or as an elegant finish to dinner. The sweetness of condensed milk harmonizes with the light tang of cottage cheese, creating a balance of flavor. Served chilled, either plain or with berries for contrast. This treat can surprise with its simplicity and sophistication.
