Cottage cheese casserole with grapes (Weintraubenkuchen mit Quark)

In the original recipe from the wonderful German book, they suggest adding cherries instead of grapes. In any case, the casserole will turn out very tasty and, despite the amount of sugar, low in calories . In 100 grams of the finished product - 145 kcal.

Place the grapes in a sieve, rinse them, and let them drain.
- Kishmish: 500 g

In a deep bowl, beat the eggs, then continue beating and add cottage cheese, semolina, sugar, and vanillin. Mix until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
- Chicken egg: 3 pieces
- Soft cottage cheese: 250 g
- Semolina: 80 g
- Sugar: 100 g
- Vanillin: pinch

Grease a baking dish (30 x 22 cm) with butter and pour the prepared mixture into it.
- Butter: 10 g

Pour the grapes into the mold and distribute them evenly.
- Kishmish: 500 g

Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 50-60 minutes. If necessary, check the pie with a toothpick - it should come out dry from the dough.
