Pour 5 tablespoons of hot water over the gelatin and let it sit for 10 minutes.
- Gelatin: 10 g

Bring the cream and milk to a boil, but do not boil. Turn off the heat, add sugar and vanilla, and stir.
- Cream 30%: 400 ml
- Milk: 100 ml
- Sugar: 100 g
- Vanilla essence: 1 teaspoon

Add gelatin. Mix well.
- Gelatin: 10 g

Heat again to a hot state. Mix well once more. Pour into molds. Place in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
