Layered cake with berries

Layered berry cake is an exquisite dessert rooted in European culinary traditions. Its base consists of crispy layers of puff pastry soaked in velvety vanilla cream. The light tartness of the berries perfectly complements the sweetness of the cream, creating a harmonious balance of flavors. This treat is ideal for both festive tables and cozy family tea times. The finishing touch is the crumble from the last layer, adding textural variety, and fresh berries that decorate the cake. It should rest in the refrigerator for several hours to allow the layers to fully soak and the flavor to develop completely. A delight worthy of a royal feast!
