In a large saucepan, melt the butter, add cream and orange peels.
- Butter: 100 g
- Cream 35%: 300 ml
- Oranges: 1 piece

Bring to a boil and immediately remove from heat.

Remove the crusts and add chocolate. Then – liqueur and orange extract.
- Chocolate: 500 g
- Grand Marnier liqueur: 60 ml
- Orange extract: 10 ml

Place in the refrigerator, stirring occasionally to keep the mixture uniform.

Before preparing the truffles, take the mixture out of the fridge and leave it at room temperature for 10 minutes to soften a bit.

Scoop the mixture with a teaspoon and roll it in cocoa powder. Once all the candies are ready, place them back in the refrigerator.
- Cocoa powder: 200 g

To keep truffles as fresh as possible, dip them in melted chocolate before rolling in cocoa.
