Homemade Condensed Milk

Very tasty condensed milk! I cooked it in a multicooker. But this is not a must, you can also do it on the stove in a saucepan or in a cauldron.

Mix dry cream with sugar and gradually add milk while whisking. The milk must be fresh.
- Dry cream: 1 glass
- Sugar: 2 glasss
- Full-fat milk: 2 ml

Stir until the grains dissolve.

Pour the obtained mixture into a cooking container and boil, stirring constantly.

In the multicooker, I selected the 'steaming' mode. Cook until the milk thickens to your desired consistency. It can be made very thick or a bit thinner. Enjoy your meal!
