The jelly cake 'Broken Glass' is a bright, light dessert that delights the eyes and taste. Its origin is linked to European traditions of making layered jelly desserts. It resembles colored glass shimmering in the sunlight. Sweet fruit jellies combined with a delicate yogurt layer create a unique balance of flavors—refreshing, light, with subtle sweet-sour notes. This cake is perfect for summer evenings, festive tables, and family celebrations. It's easy to prepare: colorful jelly pieces are carefully poured with yogurt cream, setting into a harmonious pattern. With each bite, you enjoy the play of textures—soft, airy jelly and creamy smoothness of yogurt. It's not just a dessert but a work of art that brings joy and surprise!
