Mix warm milk with warm water in a medium-sized container, add yeast, and dissolve it very well.
- Milk: 1 glass
- Water: 1 glass
- Dry yeast: 2 teaspoons

Add salt and sugar, dissolve well, then gradually add sifted flour and knead with a spoon.

Add flour until the dough becomes soft, elastic, and no longer sticks to your hands while kneading.

Let the test sit for 30 minutes.

Line the baking tray with parchment paper and form small balls from the dough.

Place the balls on the baking sheet at some distance from each other.

Brush the surfaces of the pampushki with egg yolk immediately.

Let them rise for 50 minutes to double in size, don't rush to put them in the oven.

When the pampushki have risen and increased in size, place them in the oven to bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.

While the pampushki are baking, you can prepare the garlic sauce. For this, we will peel the garlic.
- Garlic: 10 cloves

We will crush the garlic using a garlic press and finely chop parsley and dill. Add a little salt and mix. Now we need to pour in room temperature boiled water (50 ml) and vegetable oil. Mix everything well. The garlic sauce is ready.
