Mix one cup of white sugar with one cup of water and bring to a boil. Slice lemon and orange into thin wedges, add to the syrup, and boil for 10 minutes. Cool and chop. Chop dried fruits (apricot, cherry, cranberry) and mix with 50 grams of citrus.

Mix all the flour, cocoa, spices, salt, baking powder, and soda. Whip the brown sugar and honey with a paddle attachment. Incorporate the eggs and flour mixture. Add the remaining fruits and mix. Place the dough in the refrigerator for an hour.
