Low-calorie curds

Low-calorie curds are a refined dessert of European cuisine that combines the tenderness of cottage cheese, the richness of dark chocolate, and the refreshing tartness of cherries. This recipe is made for those who strive for healthy eating but are not ready to give up pleasure. Historically, such cottage cheese desserts are widespread in Europe, where the balance of taste and health is appreciated. The taste of the curds resembles a chocolate-berry cloud with a crispy shell, while coconut flakes add a light exotic note. They are perfect for a morning treat or an evening dessert without guilt. They are prepared in layers, allowing each ingredient to reveal its texture. Cooling between stages makes the curds firm and refreshing. They can be served with a cup of coffee or tea to complement their delicate flavor. Enjoy!
